Time keeper, chill vegan, amateur cook, fashion hound, relentless optimist and free spirit. Anisa was born in Las Vegas and moved around for most of her childhood until moving back to Vegas for high school and college. She started playing drums at age 10 after seeing music videos from Smashing Pumpkins, NIN, Cranberries, etc. on MTV Europe in the late 90's. She went to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas to be a journalist, but decided it would be most fulfilling to play music instead of writing about it. 

Anisa is into reading, dancing, watching films with her brother, writing, The Simpsons, hiking/exploring the magnificent natural splendor of Las Vegas, exploring our subconscious, cooking for people she loves, old video games, going to shows, staying up all night laughing with friends to watch the sun rise. She plays with an all-female cover band as well, Misty Day. She's Hippie Spice.
